Team 1033 engages in many fundraising programs for the benefit of the community and to pay for the expenses of the team.

Some of our fundraising activities include:

• LEGO Robotics Camps for middle school children
• Middle School Feeder School Dance
• Spring break camp
• Coupon Fundraiser- Chick-Fil-A, Brusters, Value Check Books
• Krispy Kreme doughnut sales
• Benedictine High School Virginia State license plate
• Concessions sales at University of Richmond Stadeum

The team also participates in several community outreach programs for the sole purpose of benefiting the community.

• CARITAS at local parishes for the assistance of the homeless and under-privileged of our community.

• Science Museum of Virginia "Robo Racer"
